Arrival Procedures

All students grades K-8 may arrive on campus at 7:30 a.m. when supervision begins unless they are in a before school tutoring class. Breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. in the cafeteria. Students must attend and be present in class for at least 30 minutes to be counted as present that day.  Students are present if they come in late from doctor’s appointments. If you are late you must come to the office and check in.

All students must be brought by an adult to their classrooms the first week of school. After that they should be dropped off in the cafeteria for breakfast. NEVER drop your child over the fence in the kinder yard. Supervision begins in the kinder yard at 8 a.m.

Kindergarten - 5th: For safety and security, all students will be released in designated areas (see map for designated areas). There will be no supervision of students after 2:30 p.m. Please make sure students are picked up in a timely manner.

Grades 6-8:  Students should be picked up in front or side of school.  There is no supervision afterschool so middle school students need to be picked up on time.  Students are not allowed to linger on campus unless enrolled in an afterschool program (production, sports, etc.)   Because of safety concerns NO STUDENT will be allowed to cross the street for pick-up without an adult.  Walkers will use crosswalks and sidewalks to leave campus.  No student will be allowed to leave campus to purchase food and return for any reason.
