    Notification of Schools Dismissal

    In an effort to stop the spread of the coronavirus, the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District voted to dismiss students from school starting on Monday March 16, 2020 through Friday April 10, 2020 or until further notice. This measure was not taken lightly but the district followed the guidance of the Los Angeles County Office of Education and Public Health Officials. When plans are finalized, we will post the information on our website www.hlpschools.org

Below are some online enrichment resources per grade span and/or content area. These resources are optional and will not be collected, nor graded. All resources will be uploaded to the district website for parent/student access. Hard copies will also be available at each of the five resource centers for families who do not have internet access.

    About Us


    Fairgrove Academy is an academy known for the Arts (Drama, Dance, Media/Broadcast, Music, Art, and Choir.)  All students in K-5 receive formal instruction in music, art, and drama.  Middle school students get to choose from choir, show choir, broadcasting, media tech, band , jazz band, and dance.  

    At Fairgrove we recognize the connection between the arts and academic achievement.  We are dedicated to developing life-long learners who are critical thinkers who value themselves and the world around them.  Students are continously exposed the culture and community through the arts.  

    The mission of Fairgrove Academy is to provide quality education for all learners through a stong academic program balanced and enhanced by specialized programs in the visual and performing arts and technology.
